Exciting New System Update!
System Update - January 27th, 2013
We are excited to inform you of improvements that we have made to our systems. We hope this will give you some guidance as we go through this transition together, as well as give you confidence that you remain our first priority.
We have recently switched to a new core operating system. The core operating system handles everything we do, from processing transactions, generating statements, as well as powering our online and telephone banking services.
As we continue to grow, the new system will provide us with the technology, enhanced security and more direct control in delivering new products and services to you in the future.
Your online banking user name is the same but will NOW be referenced as the Access ID. It will need to be entered in all lower case.
Your password HAS changed to last four digits of your social security number. The first time you log in you will be prompted to change it and set up new security features. **Please make note of the new password requirements!**
MOBILE BANKING is coming soon! We are adding the ability to view your account and pay bills via mobile devices. Watch for details.
Bill Payment Service
Please note that all bill payment payees have been converted under the users SSN that set up the initial registration.
Statements and History
You will receive 2 statements – a final one from our current system dated January 27th and another one at the normal statement cycle timeframe from the new system. This will provide you with complete records of your accounts.
All transaction history contained within online banking has started fresh on the new system. Please refer to the final statement dated January 27th for this information or contact us if you need any assistance.
E-statement users will receive an email directing you on how to access your electronic bank statements when your statement is available.
- If you are enrolled in online banking, you will NOW have ONE easy access point to your accounts and your bank statements! Enjoy the added convenience of a single log in to view your online banking and e-statements!
- If you are not enrolled in online banking, please use the enroll feature located below the Access ID. You will be asked to complete a form to enroll in FREE Online Banking and electronic statements, so you may begin to enjoy added convenience.
Electronic statements prior to January 27th can still be accessed through https://www.electronicstatements.com/Web2368 and will be available for 30 days. Please print or download these for your records.
The telephone banking number did not change (1-866-432-0981)
