Our History

Community Bank of Pleasant Hill broke ground on their new 3,572 square foot bank building at the corner of Missouri 7 Hwy. and 163rd Street in July, 2006. Attending the ceremony were Missouri state representative Mike McGhee, Pleasant Hill Mayor Terry Wilson, Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce president Lynn Liley and Cass County prosecuting attorney, Teresa Hensley.

Bank president, Ron Rodgers announced at the event that, pending regulatory approval, Community Bank of Pleasant Hill will be open for business by the December 2006.

“As Cass County residents, the bank founders join me in celebrating the beginning of a new day in banking for Pleasant Hill,” said Rodgers. “Our mission is to provide responsive, safe and sound financial solutions in a hassle-free, family environment.”

Board of directors for the new bank in attendance included Chairman William R. McDaniel, Vice Chairman Jack D. Hopkins, Jeff McKee, David Parris, Robert Radmacher and Steve Zahn.
