Telephone Banking

Convenience at Your Fingertips

Community Bank of Pleasant Hill is pleased to offer 24-hour Telephone Banking Service to all of our new and existing customers. You now have convenient access to your Checking, Savings, CD, IRA, and Loan account information. You can access your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere a phone is available to you. There is no cost, and for your additional convenience, no application is required to access this service.

The Telephone Banking Service is easy to use and it gives immediate, accurate information on your account from all activity posted through 5:00 p.m. from the previous business day.

How to use…..

Have your account number and access code ready, and just dial (866) 432-0981 from any touch tone phone. The first time you call in, your code will be the last four digits of the social security number or tax identification number on record for your account. You will be required to personalize that number to a new four-digit code for all future use.

Once you’re in the system, simply follow the easy to use instructions. You will be asked to press a number indicating which information you want to access.

What you can access…. Checking, Money Market, or Savings Accounts:

  • Current balance

  • Withdrawals

  • Deposits

  • ATM & other automatic transactions

  • Specific transaction history

  • Interest information

  • Funds transfer between account*

*Accounts are eligible for funds transfer only if they are under the same reported social security number or tax identification number

Time Deposits or IRA Accounts:

  • Current balance

  • Last interest paid

  • Next interest paid

  • Maturity date

Loan Accounts

  • Current balance

  • Payoff information

  • Last payment date

  • Payment amount

  • Interest amount

Receive a fax of account transactions:

  • Request a fax of account activity since your last statement.
