What is changing and why?
At the close of business July 20th, 2018, we will be making updates to our operating system.
This change will allow us to provide leading edge technology, enhanced security, and more convenient services in the future. Some of which include:
Mobile Wallet, P2P Payments, Enhanced Mobile APP
What does this mean to me?
The following services will be temporarily unavailable after 4 pm on Friday, July 20th through Monday, July 23rd:
- After the system update is complete, you will see the last 30 days of transaction history.
- All checking and savings accounts will cut an activity statement on July 20th. This means you may receive more than one statement for the July activity.
BEFORE JULY 20th
PLEASE DOWNLOAD any transaction activity needed for financial software.
AFTER JULY 23rd
1st step- When you log into online banking, you will be prompted to update your security challenge questions. This step is necessary to successfully access mobile banking.
2nd step-When you access the Touchbanking APP, you will automatically be redirected to download the new branded APP.
